Trexley, LLC ("Trexley," "We," "Our," or "Us") require that all visitors to and users of: Trexley's website(s) at trexley.com and its press subdomains (anchorstone.trexley.com, novalight.trexley.com, hearthstead.trexley.com, willowroot.trexley.com, and steppingstone.trexley.com), pages, features, content, Trexley Publishing's book registration and bonus content services, and any other current products, materials, or services, digital or otherwise, operated, used, or controlled by Trexley, adhere to these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") which govern Your access to and use of the Trexley Services.

Changes to this Agreement

This Agreement is effective as of the Effective Date above. Trexley may, in its sole discretion, change this Agreement at any time by posting revised Terms of Use. Your use of Trexley Services signifies Your acceptance of the Terms of Use posted at the time of Your use. You are responsible for regularly checking for updated Terms of Use. If You do not agree with any changes to this Agreement, Your sole remedy is not to use Trexley Services. If You continue to use Trexley Services after We change this Agreement, You accept all changes.

Copyright

Unless otherwise indicated, the copyright in the content of Trexley Services, including Our books, downloadable bonus content, the screens displayed on Trexley Services, and software used to provide Trexley Services, is owned by Trexley, LLC. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, perform, display, prepare derivative works based on, or distribute in any way any portion of Trexley Services, including software used to provide Trexley Services.

Proprietary Rights

The content of the Services includes, without limitation, Trexley's trademarks, service marks, logos, brands, and brand names, including its press imprints (Anchorstone, Novalight, Hearthstead, Willowroot, and Steppingstone), trade dress, trade names, and other distinctive identification (collectively "Trexley Marks"); information, data, materials, interfaces, computer code, databases, products, services, software applications and tools, text, images, photographs, audio and video material, artwork, and the design, structure, selection, compilation, coordination, expression, functionalities, applications, look and feel, and arrangement of any content contained in or available through the Services. Content is the property of Trexley or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade secret, patent, and trademark laws.

Availability of Trexley Products and Services

Trexley may, in its sole discretion, modify or discontinue Trexley Services or any aspect thereof, including any information, materials, or bonus content, without prior notice and without liability. Trexley Services and products may not be available in all geographic areas, and Your eligibility for particular services and products is subject to the final determination of Trexley. We do not sell books or process payments on the Services; Our books are sold through third-party retailers such as Amazon, and any purchase is governed by the retailer's own terms.

Purpose of Trexley Services; Accuracy of Information

The information contained in Trexley Services is for informational purposes only. We attempt to provide complete, accurate, and current information, but it may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Usage

Trexley Services are accessible to You through a computer or other access device. The content may include information, editorial content, downloadable bonus content, and links to other websites. You are responsible for all charges associated with accessing Trexley Services.

Registration Codes and Bonus Content

Certain bonus content is made available to readers who register a registration code printed in a purchased book. Registration codes are intended for the personal use of the purchaser of the book and may not be sold, shared, published, or otherwise transferred. Bonus content You download is licensed to You for Your personal, non-commercial use only; You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly post it. Trexley may limit the number of times a registration code may be used and may invalidate codes that it reasonably believes have been abused, shared, or obtained fraudulently. Practice exams and other reader tools are also governed by this Agreement.

Third-party Platforms and Services

Trexley Services may include material from, or links to, third-party platforms or services, including links to retailers such as Amazon where Our books are sold, which may have their own terms of use and privacy policies. You are bound by both this Agreement and any Third-Party Terms. Review applicable Third-Party Terms before using Trexley Services.

Access to Certain Portions of the Services

Access to certain portions of Trexley Services is restricted and may require account creation or book registration. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain its confidentiality. You are responsible for all usage of Trexley Services made with Your account credentials.

Restrictions on Usage

As a condition to Your right to use the Services, You agree not to engage in activities that disable, alter, or disrupt Trexley Services or infringe on the rights of others, including attempting to guess, generate, or brute-force registration codes. Unauthorized use of the Services may result in suspension or termination.

Monitoring by Trexley

Trexley has the right to monitor the use of the Services and may disclose any information to comply with the law or remove objectionable content.

No Warranties

The Services are provided "as is." Trexley does not warrant completeness, accuracy, or freedom from errors and disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Exclusion and Limitation of Liability

Trexley is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages related to the use of the Services. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some limitations may not apply to You.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Trexley harmless from any claims arising from Your use of the Services or violations of this Agreement.

Termination

Trexley may terminate Your access to the Services at its sole discretion.

Trademarks

Use of Trexley trademarks, including its press imprint names and logos, is prohibited without express written consent.

Minors

Trexley Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Book registration requires agreeing to this Agreement, and We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If You become aware that a child has provided Personal Information, contact Trexley at support@trexley.com.

Infringement Policy

Trexley has a policy of terminating accounts of repeat infringers. Copyright claims should be sent to support@trexley.com.

Submissions

By submitting feedback, reviews, or other content to Us, You grant Trexley a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display Your material.

Notice

Trexley may notify You via email or postings on the Services.

Limit on Exportation

The Services are intended for use in the United States, and export is subject to U.S. laws and regulations.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes shall be resolved in Florida.

Disputes; Arbitration

Claims shall be resolved through arbitration in Florida. Class actions are not permitted, and each party bears its own fees.

No Assignment by User

You may not assign Your rights without Trexley's consent.

Severability

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement remains valid.

Waiver

No waiver is effective unless in writing.

Captions

Captions are for convenience only.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and Trexley.
